Visit the “Revelations” and “Here, We Brewed Beer” permanent displays in the 300-year-old vaulted cellars of this archaeological museum. Discover what life was like here over the centuries, from the Intendant’s Palace to the Jean-Talon and Boswell-Dow microbreweries to the earliest human occupancy by Aboriginal peoples. Other activities include a family treasure search at the museum, a geotreasure hunt with GPS in Old Québec, and a brand-new self-guided cellphone tour of the locations of amazing historical events in the Old City.

Well-Known Facts

From January 1 to June 1st, closed Monday through Wednesday. From June 6 to 21 and from September 5 to October 3, Mondays are closed. From October 10 through December 31, closed Monday through Wednesday.

Parking is available outdoors and is charged.
