Delivering the greatest products and services to customers requires collaboration between sales and production, and there shouldn’t be any communication gaps between the divisions’ internal clients. Both should share true information to get satisfied clients.
The manufacturing process is a cycle; production is the outcome of what sales intended, and without production advice, sales could not promote and meet customers’ wants.
Production and sales must realize that they have one thing in common: without the customer, there will be no job for them. Additionally, if there are no jobs, no business will exist. Together, sales and manufacturing should treat each other as customers in order to accomplish the organization’s objective.
