Human Resources is the most important and sensitive resource of an organization. The nonhuman resources of an organization are machinery power, materials environment, and other objects. These objects cannot think or decide even cannot move. Human beings conduct them according to their intelligence and labor. Man with his conscience, efficiency, and thought uses the other objectives to achieve the goal of an organization.

Hence, Human Resources Management is that portion of management that ensures the achievement of the desirable and required result for an organization through the utilization of human resources, proper selection, appointment, placement, training, development, providing security, motivating, and paying proper remunerations and incentives.

Planning, arranging, directing, and managing the selection, training, remuneration, integration, maintenance, and separation of human resources to meet individual, organisational, and social objectives is known as human resource management.
